We want you to be happy with your purchase of picnic mat. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. That's why we offer a 10 days return and refund policy for our pet bed.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it to us within 10 days of receiving it, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@pompuff.com and provide your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return label and instructions on how to pack and ship your item.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days. We will refund the full amount of your purchase, excluding the original shipping cost, to the same payment method you used to place your order. Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for pet bed that have been used, washed, damaged, stained, or altered in any way.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving it and we will replace it or refund you at no extra cost. You will need to provide proof of purchase and photos of the issue.

To keep your picnic mat fresh and clean, follow these simple steps:
Every three months, take off any covers or protectors and let the picnic mat breathe in the sun and air for an hour on each side. You can also gently vacuum the picnic mat to remove any dust or dirt.
If you need to fluff up the picnic mat you can put it in the dryer on a no-heat or air-only setting. However, the best way to refresh the picnic mat is to use the natural power of the sun and air.
If your picnic mat gets stained or smelly, you can use a mixture of one part distilled white vinegar and three parts water to spray on the affected area. Then, place the picnic mat in direct sunlight and let it dry completely. You may need to repeat this process a few times until the stain or odor is gone. Alternatively, you can use a non-toxic spot cleaner or odor remover as instructed on the label. Make sure the picnic mat is fully dry before using it again.
Do not dry clean your mat, as this may damage the natural fibers.
